Stop complaining and trust God to make way

”Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. Proverbs 3:5

Nowadays, if you were to look at things with your human eyes, you would notice a lot of destruction, death, poverty, hopelessness, joblessness and lack. And if you’re one who may have experienced one or two more of these, what was your first response? Did you say, “I trust you Lord that you will provide for me and my family?” Or were you someone how shut the Lord out of your life, your situation and started to have a pity party?

When things don’t go according to how we think they should, why do so many of us begin to blame God for the difficult season we may be in? Instead of rejoicing and asking the Lord to show us what we should learn from the experience, we turn to rage, hatred and fear.

”To everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven. Ecclesiastes 3:1

God’s Word clearly states that different seasons in our lives will come, but it’s how we deal with those seasons which will make us victorious or defeated.

Please understand God is love, and he doesn’t ever want to see his children sad, depressed, in lack, or upset. God wants his children to be prosperous, kings, living in abundance and happy. God will never put you in a situation or season in order to bring you out so that he may get the glory. That doesn’t make any sense. Many people forget about the adversary is main goal is to steal, kill and destroy.

Yes, God allows you to go through different situations, but those situations will never be more than you can handle if you trust him to see you through each storm.

“Weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning.” Psalms 30:5

So stop complaining and trust that God will make a way because complaining only blocks blessings, answers and breakthroughs. ”Do all things without murmurings and disputing.” Philippians 2:14

Yes, it may be very hard at the moment, but don’t be like Peter and take your eyes off of Christ during the storm. Continue to focus on Jesus and you will make it.

Yes, there may be plenty of things to complain about, but why? It’s just wasted energy. When you do find yourself about to complain, fill your mouth with the Word of God. Fill your heart and mind with praise and worship.

Realize anything negative is of the devil, but must flee by the use of the Word of God.

Change your thoughts and begin to think positive, no matter what the situation.

Begin to pray more and pray about everything. God doesn’t judge, so feel free to tell him all of your concerns, thoughts and fears. And lastly, begin to trust him completely to help you through any difficult situation you may be in.

It’s when you let go and allow God to work out everything for your good that you will begin to notice great changes in your life.

Make today the first day in which you choose to stop complaining and begin to look at the positive side of things.
