Dominion Power & You

When you know who you are in Christ, sin will never have dominion power over you.

For sin shall not have dominion over you; for ye are not under the law, but under grace. Romans 6:14

But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvelous light. 1 Peter2:9

As a child of God, you should know who you are in him. Once you’ve accepted Jesus into your life and made Him Lord, you should start to resemble Him.

No longer will the things you use to do that didn’t glorify Him be an option to continue. For you are different now.

Yes, you may look the same on the outward man, but your heart and spirit have changed. You have the Holy Spirit living within you.

Did you know that it says in Revelations 1:6 - And hath made us kings and priests unto God and his Father; to him be glory and dominion forever and ever.

Once you become born again, you are considered a king and priest. What a godly promotion!

Many people go through this life in a lost state. If only they would realize who they are in Christ and what power they possess in him.

As believers, we have the power to change situations through faith with the words of our mouths.

As kings and priest we don’t beg for things to happen or change, we simply make decrees.

Where the word of a king is, there is power; and who may say unto him, What doest thou? Ecclesiastes 8:4

So today, realize who you are as a believer. You are the image of Christ not the former man who was in sin.

Declare God’s Word in every situation you face and watch things change.
